LSi maintains a large inventory of popular stock Scale Labels allowing us to service customers with same, or next day shipping capabilities. Our inventoried stock labels are available in quantities beginning at one case. Not all stock labels available in the marketplace are inventoried by LSi, or any other manufacturer. Please refer to our catalog for the minimum order quantity for each label, or Contact LSi for both order and price information.
Custom labels must have a customer signed and dated proof on file for each new, or changed label. As a template for the finished label, the signed proof is the customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance that the label artwork is accurate and production is ready to go forward. For duplication of existing labels, customers may provide LSi with artwork, or a strip of their existing label(s). LSi also accepts, and sometimes may require computer generated graphic artwork for stylized logos. After LSi receives the proof approval, plates are produced, necessary materials are identified, and the job is then scheduled for production. A nominal charge for new, or changed custom labels is an industry standard. Please contact LSi regarding our policy for setup charges that include costs for artwork and plates. LSi does not charge for matching color selections referenced in our downloadable LSi Color Chart of nearly 1,000 color choices (metallic inks are excluded). Note: A color will not visually appear the same printed on different types of material. Our Direct Thermal paper is considered an Uncoated, or matte, material and our scale label color choices are based upon the PANTONE® COLOR FORMULA GUIDE for Uncoated materials designated by a “U” next to the color number. Both printhead manufacturers and LSi recommend that machine printable areas of the label be free of ink. LSi will color coat, or print other information in these areas at the direction of our customer. However, LSi cannot guarantee the quality of the machine print in areas with ink coverage and therefore the customer must accept responsibility for the quality of machine print in these areas as well as all printhead damage that may be caused by the ink coverage in machine printable areas.
Please contact LSi for additional information that may not be referenced above. |
